I have uploaded the file

showing that the megalith of Simandre-sur-Suran in Ain in the Rhone
Alps marks the Pleiades.

The name AIN is speculatively related to Indo-European IGNIS
(Latvian UGUNIS "fire") whence Hindu AGNI "the Pleiades".

That ends the decipherment of France for the time being.
