I have uploaded the file
maniotwo.gif
which shows the Menhir of Manio II to mark the North Celestial Pole
in the Carnac Planisphere.
I have not pictured the larger and more famous Manio One (Giant
Manio) which is a clear phallic symbol - as at Filitosa in Corsica -
and marks the North Ecliptic Pole - as at Corsica. Manio is the same
as Ancient Pharaonic Egyptian Min. We even retain this in English
as "Man".
